Cancellation Policy
A cancellation of any watercraft booking requires a minimum of 72 hours notice. For cancellations prior to the 72-hour window, please call Navajo Lake Marina Boat Rentals @ 505-632-3245 and a full refund will be credited to the card on file. No refunds will be applied to cancellations within the 72-hour window, this includes for personal emergencies, medical emergencies, and weather conditions.

For Watercraft: A cancellation of any watercraft booking requires a minimum of 72 hours notice. No refunds will be applied to cancellations within the 72-hour window, this includes for personal emergencies, medical emergencies, and weather conditions. Cancellations within the 72-hour window are still liable for the full amount of the reservation.

For Aqua Lodges: If you must cancel your floating lodging reservation, notify us at least 15 days prior to your check-in date and a full refund will be credited to the card on file. Should Guest cancel between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date, Guest will still be held liable for 50% of the grand total. Cancellations made seven days or less prior to scheduled arrival date will not be refunded and Guest will still be held liable for the entire grand total of reservation; this includes for personal emergencies, medical emergencies, and weather conditions, unless vessel is re-rented for the entire term of accomodation. In case of said re-rental, an administrative fee of $100.00 will be imposed.

Marina Arrival:
For water craft check-ins:
-Dock carts are available for your convenience.
-Please proceed to the Boat Rental Office (next to flag pole). There is ample seating outside the rental office and we ask only the driver/primary enter the rental office to help expedite everyones day.

For Aqua Lodge check-ins: Please check-in at the Marina Office located next to the Marina Store.

Arriving at Your Boat:

A dockhand will direct you to your vessel on the fueling head pier. Please notify your dockhand if you have children 12 and under as they will need to be fitted for a life jacket (all vessels have adult vests onboard)
Once you have completed the entire check-in process, you may call/text your family members to join you.
When you and your family are ready to depart, your dockhand will assist with untying and sending you out on your way.

On the Water:

Follow all rules, regulations and laws.
No vessel shall be operated after dark.
Note: Afternoon monsoons (June-August) often roll in, use your best judgement, however it is often best to find protected waters and ride out the weather. The fuel head pier tends to fill up fast during this time and can cause vessel congestion. Normally these monsoons pass quick and leave great boating to be had.

Returning from Your Rental:

Return your vessel to the fuel head pier (SLOW is your friend when docking)
Your dockhand will direct you to the appropriate fuel pump.
The dockhand will fuel your boat, and collect a payment method to cover the cost of fuel used during your rental.
